Sugarloaf Shores Property Owners Association

Sugarloaf Shores Property Owners Association (SSPOA) is a voluntary association representing property owners on Lower Sugarloaf Key on issues critically important to its community.

Sugarloaf Shores Property Owners Association (SSPOA) represents the interests of property owners on Lower Sugarloaf Key including the South Point neighborhood. Designated a 501(c) (04) organization in 1978, the voluntary association lists over 324 member households.

The Public Policy Committee shall assist the Board in establishing and maintaining good relations with government agencies and representatives and to provide guidance on the development and presentation of SSPOA positions on public issues.
